The National Federation has shared its Pre Budget Submission w/ all key Departments & Ministers and engaged widely with key stakeholders.

We are also part of the Oireachtas Disability Group's PreBudget submission.

Encouraged by cross-party understanding of urgency of need we hope that Budget 2021 will be positive. 

Our submission focuses on:
1) Make rights real - people with disabilities are lacking essential supports to allow them participate as equal citizens
2) Guided by evidence - publish the Capacity Review of Disability services
3) Invest the resources to address unmet needs
