Background

The National Federation of VoluntaryService Providers is committed to continuous quality improvement in services, leading to the realisation of the Federation vision of people with disabilities “…being supported to live a life on one’s own terms”. The Strategic Plan of the National Federation sets out five strategic priorities including Strategic Priority 2: “Consolidate our commitment to quality improvement and innovation”.  The National Federation’s Sub Committee on Quality and Standards is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this strategic priority.
