The National Federation is hosting a one-day seminar on Strategic Alliances and Collaborative Partnerships

(24 Mar 2017)

Collaborative working is increasingly becoming a feature of the Voluntary Intellectual Disability Sector.

We are organising a one day seminar which will examine the benefits of strategic collaborations, including the potential for shared services, whilst also considering the potential challenges and how those challenges might be overcome.

Venue:         Heritage Hotel Portlaoise
Date:           Thursday, 11th May, 2017
Time:           10.30am – 4.00pm (registration at 10am)

You can download a copy of the programme here.

We will learn about the experiences of our own member organisations who have established strategic collaborations and also from the legal advisor at NICVA, the umbrella body for the not for profit sector in Northern Ireland.  Ms. Marion Meany, Head of Reform, HSE, will also speak to us about the HSE’s Reform Agenda.
